How can you take broad goals in you organization's strategic plan and translate them to specific technology contributions? This workshop with Gartner Executive Partner Michael O'Brien will teach you about business capability modeling. By focusing on which future-state business capabilities (NOT technology capabilities) are needed by an organization, business capability modeling allows technology leaders to create a line-of-sight connection between strategy and IT projects. A perfect session for anyone trying to make IT more relevant to the execution of their foundation's strategic plan.
