FAQs
How do I add or remove a presenter from my session?
Please email LeeAnn Petersen at LeeAnn@tagtech.org with the information, so that we can update our records.
Do I need to register for the conference if I will not be attending, only presenting my session?

How are the session rooms typically set up?
Session rooms will be set classroom style, to ensure that the space is available for the maximum number of attendees to attend your session. Each room is equipped with microphone, an LCD projector and screen. Please bring your own laptop with your presentation.
Will presenters receive information about number of registrants attending the session?
Conference session attendance is fluid and allows for attendees to choose sessions on their own. Seating is first-come, first served with each room set to its allowable maximum in keeping with fire safety code regulations.
Is there a TAG2020 template I should be using as a presenter?
No, however TAG has created a Microsoft PowerPoint template for presenters to use that embodies the look and feel of TAG2020; this template is optional meaning presenters are not required to use it; but we recognize it is something that a majority of our presenters have asked us to provide consistently over the years.
